The academic board of the Faculty of Agriculture Iaşi, Romania, takes great pleasure in inviting you to the Annual Scientific Conference
"Durable agriculture - present and perspectives", which is to take place on the 21st - 23rd of October, 2010.
This scientific conference, benefiting from international participation, will approach the current problems of agriculture,
from a four-angled perspective:
- Fundamental research,
- Soil, Water and Environmental Protection,
- Agricultural Technologies,
- Economic Sciences and Humanities.
The festive session opening will take place Thursday, October 21, 2010, 10 a.m., hosted by the Great Hall of the University of
Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, Iaşi, 3 Mihail Sadoveanu Alee.
The papers, selected by the Scientific Board - and preferably written in English, German, French, Spanish or Italian, will be
published in the Academic Journal of the Faculty of Agriculture (covered by CAB International, England), volume no. 53, "Ion Ionescu de la Brad" University Press,
ISSN 1454-7414.
Registration fees - 100 € - includes:
- the cost of registration;
- book of abstracts (including conference programme);
- coffee/tee breaks;
- conference banquet.

15 May 2010 - deadline for sending paper titles and abstracts (250 - 400 words, in English);
15 July 2010 - deadline for sending the scientific papers and for fee payment.
