ASPECTS REGARDING THE MILK AND MAIN DAIRY PRODUCTS OFFER AT “S.C. ILVAS S.A.” VASLUI

Abstract
The study regarding the milk and dairy products offer was made at “SC Ilvas SA” Vaslui, unit that has as its main activity the production and processing milk and dairy products. In the 2004-2009 period, the dairy cows number in Romania decreased with approximately 90 thousands heads, the most dramatic drop being registered in 2007, when approximately 40 thousands dairy cows have been slaughtered. However, the milk production maintained at approximately 600 thousands tones annually, due to an increase of the average production up to 2900 l per cow. For this reason, the companies in the field maintained the recommended milk acquisition prices at the 0.5–0.7 lei/l level. These actions have attenuated in some sort the critical situation from the primary sector, affecting, however, the processing units’ activity. The production stocks (butter, powder milk, cheeses) attested by the end of November 2009, according to the National Statistics Institute, in value indexes, constituted 101.3 mil. Lei and the unpaid credits for the collected milk were of approximately 14 mil.lei. in the 2008-2009 period, the dairy products marketing evolved very slowly, being reduced (in six months) with approximately 39 mil. lei and the stocks having the following values: butter -271 tones, powder milk -491 tones, cheeses- 623 tones, representing 62,1 mil. lei. To emphasize the most important aspect regarding the milk and dairy products offer at SC Ilvas SA” Vaslui quantitative and value indexes from the 2004-2009 period have been used.

ASPECTE PRIVIND OFERTA DE LAPTE ŞI A PRINCIPALELOR PRODUSE LACTATE LA “S.C. ILVAS S.A.” VASLUI

Rezumat
Studiul privind oferta de lapte si produse lactate s-a efectuat la “SC Ilvas SA” Vaslui, unitate care are ca obiect de activitate producerea si procesarea laptelui si al produselor lactate. În perioada 2004 - 2009 efectivul de vaci de lapte, în România s-a redus cu circa 90 mii capete, diminuarea cea mai dramatica inregistrindu-se în anul 2007, când au fost sacrificate circa 40 mii vaci de lapte.În schimb productia de lapte s-a mentinut la aproximativ 600 mii tone anual, ca urmare a cresterii productiei medii pâna la 2900 l pe vaca. Din acest motiv întreprinderile de profil, au mentinut preturile de achizitie al laptelui recomandate, la nivelul de 0.5–0.7 lei/l. Aceste actiuni au atenuat într-o masura situatia critica din sectorul primar, afectând, însa, activitatea unitatilor de procesare. Stocurile de productie (unt, lapte-praf, cascavaluri) atestate la finele lunii noiembrie 2009, conform Institutului National de Statistica, în indici valorici, constituiau 101,3 mil lei, iar creditele neachitate pentru laptele colectat erau de circa 14 mil lei. În perioada 2008–2009 comercializarea produselor lactate a evoluat foarte lent, diminuându-se (în 6 luni) cu circa 39 mil lei, iar stocurile având urmatoarele valori: unt -271 tone, lapte-praf -491 tone, cascavaluri- 623 tone, repezentând 62,1 milei.Pentru a evidentia cele mai importante aspect privind oferta la lapte si produse lactate la SC Ilvas SA” Vaslui s-au folosit indicatori cantitativi si valorici din perioada 2004-2009.
