VARIOUS LEVELS EFFECT OF SKIPJACK TUNA GILL MEAL (Katsuwonus pelamis L) IN RATION ON BROILER CARCASS AND ABDOMINAL FAT

Abstract
100 day old chick Arbor Acres CP 707 were randomly used in this experiment, using skipjack tuna gill meal; we’ve studied on broiler carcass and abdominal fat. Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 x 3 factorial pattern, and each treatment were four times repeated. The first factor was crumble and mash ration, and the second factor were three levels of the skipjack tuna gill meal in ration. Results indicated that there is no significantly effect on broiler carcass but has significantly effect on abdominal fat.

EFECTELE UTILIZĂRII UNOR NIVELURI DIFERITE DE FĂINĂ DE TON DUNGAT ÎN HRANA PUILOR BROILER, ASUPRA CARCASELOR ŞI A GRĂSIMII ABDOMINALE A ACESTORA

Rezumat
100 de pui Arbor Acres CP 707 în vârsta de o zi au fost utilizati în cadrul unui experiment complet randomizat, studiind efectul administrarii fainii de ton dungat asupra carcasei rezultate si grasimii abdominale. Experimentul a fost organizat pe baza unui Design Complet Aleatoriu (CRD), cu un sablon factorial 2 x 3 factorial, fiecare tratament fiind repetat de 4 ori. Primul factor a fost reprezentat de nutretul brizurat sau sub forma de faina iar al doilea de cele trei niveluri de includere ale fainei de ton dungat în reteta de hrana. Rezultatele au indicat efecte nesemnificative ale factorilor experimentali asupra carcaselor dar semnificative asupra nivelului de grasime abdominala.
