HEATING BROILER HOUSES WITH THERMIC ENERGY FROM BIOMASS

Abstract
The paper analyzes an alternative to the heating of broiler houses with thermic energy produced thru thermo-chemical gasification of biomass available locally in cross-flow gasifier. Different types of heating installations will be studied using biomass from functional, energetic, automatic control as well as from economical and environmental point of view.
For the performance evaluation we have used a simulation program of the microclimate from the broiler houses on permanent layer CLIMPUI05, in which simulation modules of the thermal instalations with biomass were introduced. The comparation of the performances is made in a broiler house usually heated with hot air generators fed with diesel fuel.
The local biomass used in the process, having relatively low price, compete to the CO2 emission reducing, and to the development of productive activities that increase the employment of rural population, being integrated into the concept of sustainable development of agriculture.

INCĂLZIREA HALELOR DE CREŞTERE A PUILOR CU ENERGIE TERMICĂ DIN BIOMASĂ

Rezumat
Īn lucrare se analizeaza īncalzirea halelor izolate de crestere a puilor cu energie termica produsa prin gazeificarea termo-chimica a biomasei disponibile local īn gazogeneratoare de tip cross-flow. Se studiaza variantele de instalatii de īncalzire cu biomasa din punct de vedere functional, energetic, al conduceri automate, precum si din punct de vedere economic si ecologic.
Pentru evaluarea performantelor s-a elaborat un program de simulare a microclimatului din halele de crestere a puilor pe asternut permanent, denumit CLIMAPUI05, īn care s-au introdus modulele de simulare a instalatiilor termice cu biomasa. Comparatia performantelor se face cu o hala īncalzita uzual cu generatoare de aer cald alimentate cu motorina.
Utilizarea biomasei locale, cu pret relativ redus, concura la reducerea emisiei de CO2, precum si la dezvoltarea de activitati productive care cresc gradul de ocupare a populatiei din mediul rural, īncadrānd-se īn conceptele de dezvoltare durabila a agriculturii.
