RESEARCH ON APTITUDE FOR MILK PRODUCTION IN FRENCH MONTBELIARD BREED

Abstract
Montbeliard breed was formed Frache-Comté region, Swiss-owned farms came in France in the eighteenth century. In terms of origin threaded Montbeliard breed comes from Bos taurus Frontosus, part of Group races in red spotted, Simmental type.
Herd-book was opened on December 2, 1889, and official control of milk production is from 1923.
The objective of our work is to determine the production potential of heifers imported from France in the Moara Domneasca experimental farm, University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Bucharest. The study was conducted on a herd of 20 cows mothers in France. In the analysis performed we found that dairy production has varied between 3823 kg milk a cow located in first lactation at 11299 kgin six lactation. The average yield achieved in a normal lactating mothers heifers is 6921 kg milk, 3.66% fat and 3.23% protein. Age at first calving of cows mothers are on average 32 months.

CERCETĂRI PRIVIND APTITUDINILE PENTRU PRODUCŢIA DE LAPTE LA RASA MONTBELIARDE DIN FRANŢA

Rezumat
Rasa Montbeliarde s-a format īn regiunea Frache-Comté, īn fermele detinute de elvetienii veniti īn Franta, īn secolul al XVIII-lea.
Din punct de vedere al originii filetice, rasa Montbeliarde provine din Bos taurus Frontosus, facānd parte din grupa raselor Baltate alb cu rosu, de tip Simmental.
Herd-book-ul rasei a fost deschis in 2 decembrie 1889, iar controlul oficial al productiei de lapte se face din anul 1923.
Obiectivul lucrarii noastre este determinarea potentialului productiv al junincilor importate din Franta īn ferma didactica Moara Domneasca, a USAMV Bucuresti. Studiul s-a realizat pe un efectiv de 20 vaci mame din Franta. Īn urma analizelor efectuate am constatat ca productia vacilor a variat īntre 3823 kg lapte la o vaca aflata la prima lactatie si 11299 kg la o vaca aflata la lactatia 6. Productia medie realizata īntr-o lactatie normala de mamele junincilor este de 6921 kg lapte, cu 3,66% grasime si 3,23% proteina. Vārsta primei fatari la vacile mame ale junincilor importate este īn medie de 32 luni.
