INFLUENCE OF ELEMENTS FOR CLOSING OF THE HALLS POULTRY PERFORMANCE PRODUCTIVE

Abstract
Shelters for laying hens must be equipped with heat and a good ventilation system to ensure dimensional microclimate properly. In a paper presented how they influenced the roofs of two warehouses for the operation of breeding hens breed of heavy interior temperature increase which resulted in decreased performance productive. Roof hall 7 is the small space of air ventilated, two plates azbociment which is a vapor barrier of polyethylene film and a layer of thermo mineral. This wool layer has been destroyed over time by rodents, leading to loss of thermal capacity.
9 Hall has a roof terrace type consists of a support plate of reinforced concrete layer equalization of cement mortar, a vapor barrier layer of expanded polystyrene thermo surface and a WARM hidroizolation.
Between July 17 -18 August 2000, outside temperature varied between 23 and 39°C, which has overcome the technological limits of temperature in the two halls. Increase temperature in inside the two halls was affected differently depending on thermal capacity of roof. Decreased most productive performance was recorded at Hall 7, where the layer of thermo-mineral wool has been almost totally destroyed.

INFLUENTA ELEMENTELOR DE ĪNCHIDERE ALE UNOR HALE AVICOLE ASUPRA PERFORMANTELOR PRODUCTIVE

Rezumat
Adaposturile pentru gaini ouatoare trebuie sa fie termoizolate si dotate cu un sistem de ventilatie bine dimensionat pentru a asigura un microclimat corespunzator.Īn lucrare se prezinta modul cum au influentat acoperisurile a doua hale pentru exploatarea gainilor de reproductie rase grele cresterea temperaturii interioare care a dus la scaderea performantelor productive.Acoperisul halei 7 este cu spatiu mic de aer ventilat, alcatuit din doua placi de azbociment īntre care se gaseste o bariera de vapori din folie de polietilena si un strat termoizolant din vata minerala. Acest strat a fost distrus īn decursul timpului de catre rozatoare, ducānd la pierderea capacitatii de termoizolare.
Hala 9 are un acoperis de tip terasa alcatuit dintr-o placa suport din beton armat un strat de egalizare din mortar de ciment, o bariera de vapori un strat termoizolant din polistiren expandat si la suprafata o membrana bituminoasa hidroizolatoare.
Īn perioada 17 iulie -18 august 2000, temperatura mediului extern a variat īntre 23 si 39 °C, situatie care a dus la depasirea limitelor tehnologice de temperatura īn cele doua hale.Cresterea temperaturii iīn interiorul celor doua hale a fost influentata diferit īn functie de capacitatea de termoizolare a acoperisului.Scaderea cea mai mare a performantelor productive s-a īnregistrat la hala 7 unde stratul termoizolant din vata minerala a fost distrus aproape īn totalitate.
Scopul acestui studiu a fost de a pune īn evidenta modul cum sau comportat īn exploatare unele elemente de īnchidere si īn acelasi timp de a gasi solutii constructive pentru īmbunatatirea acestora, care sa duca la diminuarea pierderilor de caldura iarna si la reducerea aportului de caldura vara respectiv la asigurarea unui bilant termic pozitiv īn halele de pasari.
