Specific 1 (OS1):
- 12 university professors, members of the Quality Assurance Committees,
improved for Higher Education quality management
- 20 university professors involved in developing study programs, improved
in order to acquire competences for the improvement of the study programs.
OS2:
- 1 standard for professional preparation for the specialties Agronomy,
Horticulture, Animal Breeding and Veterinary Medicine, elaborated and
implemented in the project's university network.
OS3:
- 1 diagnosis report of the Master's programs for the specialization concerned.
- 4 consultative sessions with the representatives of the business world (companies)
- 1 study of the business world in order to adjust the educational offer to the labour market
- 1 good practices and procedures manual regarding the reorganization and quality assurance in the higher education
- 1 framework curriculum for the specializations indicated above elaborated and validated in the network
- 4 Master's programs revised and improved based on the new standard and the framework curriculum.
OS4:
- 1 on-line cooperation platform
- 1 e-Learning type training system integrated in the cooperation platform
- 20 university professors (5 of each university) trained to use the platform in order to support the process "train the trainer"
- 8 trained platform technical managers
OS5:
- 80 university professors (20 of each university) trained to develop the digital content.
OS6:
200 students participants to the project contest / 600 students trained by modern methods.
- 1 report on the impact of the training activities of the university professors
- 1 report on the impact of the use of the online cooperation platform in the training of students in the university network.

Medium and long term impact results
- increased response capacity of the higher education to the changes made in the society
by standardization of the specific activities, increase of the study programs relevance
and implementation of the student focused learning methods
- reducing the gap between the knowledge and the basic skills taught in universities and
the knowledge and the skills necessary on the labour market
- increase of the competence level of the university professors
- use extension of the software tools and the electronic resources in the educational activity in the higher education
- Consolidation of the partnership networks between universities.
Due to the new achievements occurred in the information technology, identified by experts in the
applicant's team, there has been provided the substitution of a part of the secondary equipment
with another, capable to guarantee the e-learning platform innovation, the increase of the quality
of the didactic act while guaranteeing the long term sustainability of the 3D integrated technology
in the training-learning process.

We note that the changes wanted are technical and technological and they don't affect the purpose
and the objectives of the project, the estimated results nor the contract budget, and they observe
the provisions of Art. 9A(14) of the Contract.
