A.5.1. Consulting the international standards in the field
A.5.2 Drafting a diagnosis report for the developed master's degree programme
A.5.3 Drafting recommendations for the realization of quality standards at the network level.

A6. Creation of studies and analyses in order to increase the educational offer and the decrease of the knowledge and basic skills taught in universities and the necessary skills on the labour market.

A.6.1. Consultations with the representatives of the business environment of each region.
A.6.2. Identification of the knowledge and competences necessary for a graduate student to easily integrate at his/her first job;
A.6.3. Creation of a manual of good practice and procedures regarding the restructuration of the superior agronomic education in order to provide higher qualifications, in accordance with the labour market.

A7. Establishing reference points and creating instruments, necessary methodologies for the elaboration of the standard, including the assurance of the compatibility and comparability with the international reference standards

A8. Creation of the evaluation standard of the study programmes for the targeted specialization

A9. Development of a training programme for 12 university professors in charge with assuring the quality for the increase of the evaluation competences of the academic programme

A11. Review and improvement of the master's degree programmes for the specialization targeted by the project, based on the new standard

A.11.1 Revision of the education plan.
A.11.2 Analyzing the existing curriculum and developing a curriculum - common framework that will be used in the whole university network of the project.
A.11.3. Adaptation of teaching and studying materials and instruments
A.11.4. Internal validation.

A12. Development and implementation of the integrated system - platforms for synchronous and asynchronous collaboration in the online environment, training platform respectively (e-Learning)

A.12.1 Integration of the synchronous collaboration instruments with the asynchronous collaboration instruments (forums, document libraries, image galleries, etc.) and with the training platform - development and customization of the specific functionalities for the project, scaling according to the necessities identified by the other activities.
A.12.2 Configuration of the system on the hardware infrastructure purchased during the project, testing and validation in the project team
A.12.3 Development of tutorials for training activities regarding the management and use of the collaboration and training platforms
A.12.4. Trainign of the technical managers of the platform (2 from each university)
A.12.5. Training of the 20 representatives of S and P1 for the use of the platform for supporting "train your trainer" process
A.12.6. Training of the users of the system by the trained representatives of each university.

A13. Realization of the course modules in digital format for the targeted master programmes and their integration into the system. A single package of digital modules will be created and it will be used by all the students connected to the network. Therefore, the mixed team of people in charge with the preparation of the digital content will identify a common package of scientific elements (information, notions and concepts) which can be used for the interactive teaching methods, and they will commonly validate the scenarios created by the P4 experts.

A14. Training (initiating courses) regarding the creation and development of digital content for 80 university professors for the multiplication and development of the project's results.

A15. Ongoing training process (pilot) of the students from the university network, for the development of competences within the previously mentioned specializations.

A16. Intensive collaboration activities between the students of the network for a deeper approach and assimilation of the acquired knowledge, using digital resources and distance collaboration instruments.

A17. Monitoring and measuring the impact of the courses upon professors and students.
