Summary
Transformation of natural ecosystems through the development of agricultural activities has led to profound changes
in the structure of land area involved, often with multiple effects on the environment. In such a complex
socio-economic outlook becomes imperative to change the use of natural resources in general, agriculture in
particular through sustainable exploitation, which requires multifunctionality, biodiversity, yield stability,
environmental compatibility, sustainability of natural resources of soil etc.. Intensive livestock development
requires large amounts of feed to ensure quality and proper. Production of forage obtained by exploiting
praticoecosystems, is an important activity in the livestock economy. Due to large amplitude value of pasture
forage plants, animals consume feed selectively, preferring to start plants more valuable. In most
praticoecosystems, especially those operated by grazing, there is a change in floristic composition, often by
invading plant species such surfaces devalues their economic value, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
The overall objective of the project relates to the discovery of the mechanisms by which certain harmful plants
fail to invade many praticoecosystems Central Moldavian Plateau area and seeking practical solutions to rehabilitate
these degraded lands, in particular by improving operations and ensuring optimal conditions the manifestation of
natural limiting factors as biological ones, represented by phytophagus of these plants and agents phytopathogenic.
