Impact

In this period, the agricultural research place more emphasis on saving non-renewable natural resources, reducing pollution and agricultural products, biodiversity conservation and the transition towards sustainable agriculture.

The research project is justified and the impact that development can play in plant protection and biological control of invasive species, and indirectly to the development of Romanian livestock.

This project aims to address some important areas of agricultural land whose production potential is strongly reduced, with chances of successful, long term and a minimum financial effort, being consistent with basic principles of the sustainable agriculture. However, the maximum use of local natural resources to limit populations of invasive plants, zoo-anthropogenic pressure will be easier to bear on those lands, ensuring the ecological and biodiversity specific agrosistemului increasing and improving environmental quality.
